General Terms and Conditions of Use

Decisions made within the platform fall under the exclusive responsibility of the user, who must operate with full awareness of their financial resources. For any dispute that may arise regarding the validity, interpretation, or execution of this agreement, the user agrees to submit exclusively to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Italy, waiving exceptions based on territorial incompetence.
